Jim Crawford is a professional pilot 21 years of experience. He started out as a flight instructor and worked his way up through commuter airline flying to jets and eventually the left seat of an Airbus 320 passenger jet. Currently he is a simulator instructor for USAir on the A320.

Matt Hapgood’s background is finance – he spent 10 years at Wachovia Capital Markets in the investment banking division, and he has a master’s degree in Finance from the Darden School of Business. A general aviation pilot, he has a mechanical flair and built and flies his own airplane.

Steve Rockwell, our Operations Manager, has over 25 years experience in simulator and aviation training environments. He has managed simulators for military, commercial and corporate training facilities, including the US Air Force and Rockwell Collins. When he's not taking care of simulators Steve enjoys playing with race cars.

Tom Leahy is our Chief Instructor and Training Center Evaluator, and has over 17 years of professional flight experience. In addition to serving as Director of Training for CCAir, he also has flown for USAir and a number of NASCAR race teams. Tom has over 5,000 hours of turbo-prop time and is rated in every form of KingAir.

Chuck Redmond began flying in 1968 and has acquired over 15,000 hours in General Aviation aircraft, including most types of King Airs. He began as a freight and charter pilot then moved on to corporate aviation. Chuck joined our staff in April 2008 and in addition to instructing he also assists in developing our training materials.

Stacey Jantz is our Office Manager. She has over 15 years experience in Customer Service and Office Administration. From registration to accommodations, Stacey will be happy to help you.

Gerry Gardner has 46 years of aviation experience as a professional pilot and licensed aircraft mechanic. His experience includes airline, air charter, corporate, flight training and many years of bush aviation operations in Latin America, Africa and Asia. He has been a King Air pilot, trainer and FAR 135 check airman for the past 12 years.
