LAS VEGAS, NV, NBAA CONVENTION, NOVEMBER 17-19, 2015: FyRight has added the capability to provide training and checking services to King Air 300/350 Part 135 operators.  Training programs include Initial BE-300 Type Rating and Recurrent courses with Part 135 checks.  FlyRight, an FAA-certificated Part 142 training center specializing in King Air pilot training, began offering King Air 350 training and Type Ratings in 2013 and recently became eligible to offer Part 135 training for the King Air 300 series aircraft.

“This is a significant achievement for our company, because we are now capable of meeting the training needs of King Air 300/350i Part 135 operators,” said Andy Bauer, Sales Manager. He added, “We now have a process for Part 135 operators that will satisfy their training and checking requirements. King Air training is our expertise, and we are committed to providing customers with a training experience that will enhance pilots’ skills while increasing confidence and competence in his/her flying abilities.  Our customers learn from instructors who have actual operational experience in the aircraft, are ATP rated and average 11,000 hours of flight time and more than 8 years of instructional experience.”

Training will be conducted on FlyRight’s Level D King Air 350 simulator, located at its Charlotte area training center.  The simulator is equipped with Rockwell Collins ProLine 21 avionics and a 200-degree visual system with worldwide terrain capabilities and that includes weather features such as dynamic thunderstorms with rain shafts, ragged ceilings, blowing snow, patchy fog and scud.  Additional capabilities include converging traffic on the ground and while airborne, which offers operators the opportunity to train for conflict recognition and avoidance.
